Gold Coast Bank Receives Proclamation of Commendation from Town of Islip Supervisor Angie Carpenter for Their Positive Impact in Serving the Local Community

The Bank welcomed Islip Town Supervisor Angie M. Carpenter and Island Harvest Food Bank’s VP of Programs and Agency Relations Allison Puglia to their Islandia branch on Wednesday, November 18th,  for a press conference on their successful “Heart of Gold” holiday food drive!

GCB staff and customers contributed well over 300 food items to Island Harvest in support of their annual efforts to feed those in need across Long Island this holiday season.

Supervisor Carpenter presented the Bank with a proclamation of respect and recognition for going above and beyond in our positive efforts to help and serve the local community.

Bank Executives extended special thanks to their employees and their customers for their commitment to this program and for showing their “Heart of Gold!”

Gold Coast Bank’s David Katzman, along with Andrew Feingold of Nielsen, Pamela Rousakis Praetorius of Morgan Stanley and Michael Demuth of Price Waterhouse Coopers address a full audience of Hofstra University students for a “Professional Networking” panel. The panel focused on tips for building a professional network and how to leverage that network to secure jobs, internships and introductions.
